I also have a specially scheduled story time after my regular story time today. We have a number of school groups who make appointments with us to have their own personal story time, which is pretty cool. It's double the story time fun today!
And of course, it's FMRNS Night!!! HOOORAY!!! We have La Strada (1954) from Interlibrary Loan, so we're going to watch that! It's the only Fellini movie on the list. Starring Anthony Quinn and Giulietta Masina.

Feeling stoopid - I have been reading your blog for a few weeks and have still not completely deciphered "fmkns" - foreign movie something night something? Am I close?
FMKNS = Fabulous Movies Katie's Never Seen night. My dear friend A and I have been meeting every Tuesday for about 4 years to watch movies. We made a list of all the Fabulous Movies (according to A) that I had never seen. We've seen almost 200 movies in all genres, and all decades! It's been the best experience, and I am getting quite the movie education!
