It's getting close to the of the day on a busy Sunday. The computers are all full, and they all have reservations on them for the rest of the day. When this happens, the computer reservation station won't allow anymore reservations - obviously.
I don't expect everyone to know this, so I calmly explain the process to people when they ask.
It was because of this, however, that we have today's Library Question of the Day.
Patron: Uh, why won't it let me reservate?
